However, please do not let that stop you from finding the perfect dress at the right price that brings a smile to your face here. At SAVAGE BRIDAL, your satisfaction is our goal. So, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn items within 14 days of shipment. If the returns meet the below conditions, shipping fee is on us and you will be reimbursed 100%! See? There is nothing to worry about!

Firstly, Contact us through EMAIL to get a return shipping form. Please kindly include the reason for your dissatisfaction and photographs for verification.
Secondly, Simply repack the dress in its original condition with all of its included accessories and packaging along with the return shipping form we have sent you.
Thirdly, Send it back to SAVAGE BRIDAL. Please provide us with the receipt of postage as well as tracking number once postage is done.
Fourthly, We may withhold the refund until we have received the dress back and identified them as meeting the return conditions below.
Fifthly, Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).

You are welcomed to return items within 14 days to our warehouse. In order to do this, you will need to make arrangements to deliver your item by contacting us through email. We will provide you the address to return the items.

Have a change of heart? We are sad to see you go, but you always have the right to cancel your order within 72 hours upon placing your order. Our order system is designed to send orders quickly and efficiently. All of our dresses are made-to-order, hence, the tailoring process begins as soon as an order has been placed.
If you fail to give us 72 hours notice, your cancellation will be rejected. Therefore, the item(s) will be processed and delivered to you. A return then can be initiated if eligible. Please note that any changes in your order also must be made within 72h after order confirmation.
