It's always a good idea to start shopping as early as you can, to ensure that you're not rushed with your decision-making in finding your dream dress

If you choose a dress from our made-to-order collection, meaning that we only begin sewing them once an order has been placed, it will be delivered to you within 4 months after your order confirmation date.

If you choose our customize service, we recommend contacting us 5 months before your wedding date to ensure ample time to design your perfect dress and deliver it to you.

Please keep in mind that we might be affected by some unforeseeable situations, so it's better to add some safety time on your side. In any case, we will keep you informed in advance if we encounter any issue.

Dresses found under Made-To-Order collection are designs available for you to choose and will be made according to your measurements.

Whilst, customized dress means a completely new design that will be made between you and our professional designer. To learn more about this service, please read HOW IT WORKS.

Unfortunately, all dresses from made-to-order collection have a fixed pattern prepared for the production. However, you can use our CUSTOMIZE service to create your preferable design.

If you can't find your perfect dress in our made-to-order collection or you already have a specific dress in mind, we suggest you to use our customize service. However, please keep in mind that customize dresses take a longer time to make due to the design process. So, please consider your time availability first.

Unfortunately, we don't offer alteration services. However, all SAVAGE BRIDAL dresses are made based on measurements that you give us which will help us to make the closest fit. Your dress will also have some extra fabric hidden in the seams (around 2 cm) to allow your local tailor to do some necessary adjustment.

We also offer an option to use tie back corset to give some flexibility. In case alterations are needed, we recommend you to visit your local tailor 2-3 weeks prior to you wedding date, to ensure the adjustment is the closest fit to your body measurement on your wedding date!

You can also ask your local tailor to help you in order to ensure best possible fit.

Your dress will be packed in a SAVAGE BRIDAL box and shipped to you by express services. We will notify you with a tracking number and estimated time of arrival after your dress has been shipped.

Yes. You can get your sample fabric by request. However, you'll need to bear for the delivery cost.

We offer several payment methods, such as Paypal, Alipay, Visa, Mastercard credit card and debit cards.

There are no extra charges for shipping!! Taxes are already included in the price of the dress.

Once a dress has been completed, it's gonna be packaged up and shipped to you. It might take 1-2 weeks for shipping depending on your location. Please note it might have some delay if unpredictable circumstances occur such as extreme weather condition.

Yes we do! International packages are sent via DHL, FEDEX or UPS which includes full tracking.
