Our experienced designers will work directly with you on designing your dream dress. You will be supported by our wide knowledge from designing, fitting, dressing, to fabric selection. Together we will make a perfect dress for you!
1. Research
Design Research
Let’s begin with making an appointment with our expert designer. We will listen to you and collect ideas from your wedding theme to details about your perfect dress. With our experience on how different wedding dress styles can attain various results and which silhouettes can deliver the most flattering fit for your shape, we will give suggestions that help you find a style that matches your body type and taste.
Designs Proposition
Based on previous discussion, our designer will start working on sketching your perfect dress. This process will take 2-3 weeks to ensure best design possibilities.
At this stage we will require a down payment of 100 USD to begin the production. This is non-refundable fee and it works as your order confirmation to secure your time slot.

2. Design & Material
The Materials
We will start working on one of the most important steps, finding the right material. According to the effect you want to give to your wedding gown and your preferences in terms of texture, we will suggest different fabrics for layers, lush and lace. We will also make sure that materials of your dress match the environment. You might want breathable fabrics if you get married under a warm sun!
3. Confirmation
Design Confirmation
Once we finish with the design and have chosen the fabric, we will do a last confirmation with you to make sure everything is already the way you want it. Now, the only thing you need to do is taking your measurement!
Payment
We will send you the invoice which will have to be paid before we can move to the next step.

Please avoid filling the size by comparing it to your regular clothing sizes.

Your dress is being tailored.
We will make sure that: the size, materials and every detail of your dress match perfectly to your request before it is shipped to you.

5. Shipment
Congratulations ! You are one step closer to your dream gown! Your dress has been checked thoroughly, packed nicely and now is ready to be shipped ! It will soon be arriving at your doorstep!
Even after you received the dress, we will still keep in touch with you and stay available for any question. Feel free to send us pictures of you wearing the dress, we would be so happy to finally see you in it!

Customized dress means a completely new design that will be made between you and our professional designer. You will have a chance to choose your own fabric and details you want to add on your dream dress to suit your wedding theme.
It is hard to give a precise time for each dress as it depends on the design complexity. We recommend contacting us 5 months before your wedding date to ensure ample time to design your perfect gown and deliver it to you.
Yes, we can send you some sample of your dress material. However you'll need to bear the delivery expense by yourself.
